Thank you for your interest in one of Bob's kids. We are happy you have chosen one of our kids to join your family.

 

Adoption Process & Requirements:

Please be aware that adopting one of Bob's kids will be a life long commitment to the dog you adopt. Our goal is to give them a home that fits their personality and needs, a home that will give them the best possible life. We make the desicion of pairing a dog with a home based on what the dog needs and therefore, not every home is a good match. 

 

The first step in the process is to fill out the Adoption Application.

Before filling out the application please be aware of the following:

• We  require applicants to be at least 18 years of age.

• In order to avoid disputes on ownership of the dog, we require adoptions to be only to one person. If there are two adopters we ask for one person to be the adopter, in the case of a separation the adoptor is to keep and care for the dog. If at any time the ownership of the dog changes, we ask for you to formally change ownership with Bob's Kids.

• There is an adoption fee of $200 for each dog adopted. Adoptions will include spay/neuter, microchip, and up to date vaccinations. Medical records will be sent home at the time of adoption.

 

Once we receive the application one of our volunteers will review it and contact you to further discuss the dog you are interested in adopting.

 

The next step will be setting up a meeting with the dog you are interested in adopting. If all goes well and we feel that your home will be a good fit, then we will set up a time to finalize the adoption.
