On January 17th, 2019 we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl, Samantha. She was a rescue, but made Camp her home. She was such a tough girl. She made it through Hurricane Katrina, a severe fungal infection in her nose, and Vestibular disease. She was the sweetest girl (as long as she approved of you). She was so happy, loved to play, loved her toys, loved her doggie pals, loved her people (and the treats they brought her). She was a goofball and always made me smile. Thank you so much to everyone who loved her and helped care for her over the years, her doctors & techs, people who donated to her when she was sick, her aunts and uncles. Unfortunately she had some internal growths that started to bleed, she couldn't get up anymore, and it was clear that it was time to say goodbye. She is at peace now. We had so many wonderful years together, I am so happy she was in my life. She was my best buddy and I am going to miss her so much!
Our sweet Miss Sophie was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. She was such a strong girl and battled strong for many years. Unfortunately, the cancer finally won the battle and she passed in August of 2017. We love our wonderful Sophie and miss her very much!
Mr. Marty was a wonderful goofball. We called him Marty the One-Man party because he was such a happy-go-lucky guy. He was with BARK for many years and spent his last three years with the best foster family he could ask for. He has a loving and doting mom and a sweet doggie sister. We are so appreciative to them for all the love and care they provided our sweet boy. Marty unfortunately passed from cancer in December of 2017. We miss him very much.
